Congratulations!

If you are looking at my website it’s quite possible you’ve found your forever person and are planning to make it official by getting married! Celebrating love is something I am incredibly passionate about. Corny? Yes, but I really do adore a good love story.

With a background working in media, communications and with the community, I am very much a people person and love meeting people from all walks of life.

I am equally happy rehearsing and performing in shows with the other fun seekers in my theatre group as I am exploring the great outdoors!

You may have lots of ideas already, or none whatsoever about how you imagine your wedding ceremony to be.  Together we can create a beautiful, engaging ceremony to suit you and celebrate your own unique story.

It is my absolute pleasure to guide couples through this amazing time and create and officiate for them on their day of days.  My aim is to make this time fuss free, stress free and of course have some fun along the way!

Whether you’re planning a grand affair or an intimate elopement, I am dedicated to crafting vibrant and engaging wedding ceremonies that feel relaxed and joyful. Get ready for a personalised experience that will make your special day truly unforgettable!

For couples who want a beautifully personal ceremony from start to finish. Natural, engaging, warm and fun.

What’s included:

  • A fully personalised ceremony, presented +crafted by me with a little input from you, weaving your love story and personal touches throughout
  • A couple’s questionnaire to spark some feelings and memories to help me capture your story (most couples even find it fun!)
  • Resources + ideas.  We’ll catch up for a planning meeting and I’m available for chats/calls/emails along the way
  • We’ll use my professional PA system. You are welcome to play your ceremony music through it with the option of creating a playlist for guest arrival to set the mood
  • Draft script sent for approval (or keep it a surprise!)
  • Optional rehearsal at your venue (subject to availability)
  • All legal paperwork taken care of, so everything is official!

This is the “all the bells & whistles” wedding — perfect if you want a ceremony that feels truly yours and leaves your guests saying, “that was so them!”

For couples who want something simple yet special – relaxed, romantic, and full of heart.

What’s included:

  • A 10–15 minute ceremony — warm, simple, and personal
  • Perfect for elopements (2–20 guests) or intimate gatherings
  • Exchange rings and personal vows (with my guidance if you’d like)
  • A sense of occasion without the storytelling or extras
  • All legal paperwork taken care of, so everything is official

Think of this as the “just right” option — still heartfelt and memorable, but without the detailed love story.

$900

For couples who just want to make it official – quick + simple.

What’s included:

  • The legal minimum wording (around 120 words, mostly said by me!)
  • Five people in attendance: marrying couple, two witnesses + me
  • Signing of the marriage certificates with your two witnesses
  • A meeting at least one month before to lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM)
  • All legal paperwork taken care of, so everything is official

Perfect if you want to take care of the legal side before or after a destination wedding and don’t fancy the registry office vibe, or just want to be married — no fuss, no frills.

$550

  • Short & Sweet’ – A rehearsal really isn’t necessary, keeping it natural and organic!
    However, if you’d feel more comfortable having one, we can certainly arrange it. $150
  • Pricing includes travel within 100km round trip of Como WA. Getting married further afield?
    Additional fees of $1 per km apply.
  • Our initial chat is at no cost and completely obligation free.
  • If you choose me to marry you (and I hope you do!) a $500 Booking Fee will secure your date.
  • The balance is due 21 days prior to your ceremony.
  • Invoices, receipts & a Service Agreement are provided – keeping everything straightforward

Legalities

Want to know about the legal side of things?

I’m an experienced and qualified civil celebrant appointed by and registered with the Australian Attorney General’s Department. That means I’m authorised to solemnise marriages according to Australian law.

To legally marry in Australia, there are a few forms and requirements – don’t worry!  I’m with you every step of the way and will make sure everything is handled correctly.

  • A Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) form must be completed and lodged with me at least one month (and up to 18 months) before your wedding date. I will provide a link for you to fill out, and I’ll prepare everything for signing.
  • When I receive your NOIM I am required to sight your identification.
  • Passports are perfect if you have them. If not, you can provide a birth certificate/extract and a piece of photo ID. Eg drivers’ licence. 
  • If either of you have been married before, I will need to sight the divorce or death certificate.
  • Before the ceremony (often at your rehearsal) you’ll each sign a Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage (DONLIM) form, confirming there’s no legal reason why you can’t be married. I will also ask you a question regarding consent to marriage.  If you don’t have a rehearsal, we can do this before the ceremony begins, away from guests. I promise, it only takes a second!

Monitum:
I’m required to read this short passage from the Marriage Act that defines marriage in Australia and confirms I’m authorised to conduct marriages.

Vows:
You’ll say a set of legal vows - no need to memorise anything! We’ll ‘repeat after me’.

Paperwork:
You, your two 18+ witnesses and I will sign three marriage certificates. Two are identical - one I keep, and one is sent to the Registry of Births, Deaths & Marriages. The third is your keepsake Commonwealth Ceremonial Certificate.

I’m required to lodge your completed paperwork with the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages within 14 days – I usually do it straight after your wedding!

While you are enjoying the first days of married life, I will keep an eye on it and will let you know once it’s been processed.

That’s it – you’re legally married!
